Some time ago I wrote a thesis on incorporating AI into decision theory applied to financial markets.
There seems to some nascent interest in applying bio-algorithms to new problem spaces.
It occurred to me that I might examine the potential of incorporating the dimension that bio-algorithms might add to that decision theory.

The Bio Algorithm serves two purposes
The algorithm for life can be used to solve non biological problems, but solutions to non living problems can also be used to solve biological problems.
